a passage between realities
from my pure imagination or inspired by mystical figures, i tend to create scenes that can echoes within a sense of wonder or déjà vu. where i blur the lines between realms.
medusa’s story was never about a monster.
it was always about a woman burned for a sea god’s sin.
a pawn in an ancient game,
where the fates never meant for her to win.
her snakes kept her safe from wandering eyes, from those who came reaching for
her life,
her body,
her power.
she now holds a garden of stone,
statues raised in silent tribute to their greed.
